You can be proactive and manage your overall health with customized support that will help you identify and resolve potential barriers to a healthier you, one step at a time. You can schedule same-day or next-day appointments at times that are convenient to you. Dr. Smith will also be available via cell phone, email, or text 24/7. If needed, he will get you in contact with top specialists.

Concierge patients are assured a more collaborative and convenient relationship with their physician - this in a healthcare delivery system that doesn’t support this type of relationship.

A single visit to the Emergency Department and/or a stay in the Observation unit can cost thousands of dollars which through easy access to your physician can often be prevented.
In our practice, Concierge Medicine is accessed through a yearly retainer fee - and there's no insurance co-pays.
